Toole Design Group is seeking an experienced and visionary New Mobility Practice Lead to join our team full-time. Position Overview

As our New Mobility Practice Lead, you will be responsible for the continued growth and success of one of our signature service areas focused on advancing transportation options, sustainability, and equity through emerging and non-traditional modes of travel. You will help cultivate existing and new client relationships that expand our practice. You'll use a variety of communications platforms to elevate fresh ideas related to shared micromobility, new modes, electrification, connected and automated vehicles, smart technology, mobility hubs, curbside design, and more. You will oversee the delivery of New Mobility projects and help support and train staff across the U.S. on innovative research, evaluation, planning, policy, and design solutions that keep our New Mobility practice at the leading edge of the industry.

Work Schedule and Compensation

This is a full-time, flexible position (40 hours / week), that works a hybrid schedule out of any of our offices, with up to 2 remote days per week. All of our offices are easily accessed on foot, by bicycle, and via transit.

Target salary range for Minneapolis : $125,000 - $165,000. Candidates at the high end demonstrate exceptional expertise and nationwide industry leadership.
