Job Overview :

MEMCO is seeking an experienced Drywall Foremen to lead commercial projects in Nashville. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in drywall hanging, finishing, metal framing, acoustic ceilings and retail rough-ins, along with strong leadership skills.

Job Duties :

• Lead and supervise drywall crews on commercial job sites
• Interpret blueprints and perform layout for walls, ceilings and partitions
• Oversee drywall installation, metal framing, finishing, and retail rough-ins
• Ensure work meets quality standards, deadlines, and safety requirements
• Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance on best practices
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors
