Corporate Counsel - Licensed Attorney

A company is looking for an In-House Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on corporate policies, compliance, intellectual property, labor and employment, and contract negotiation

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to protect the company's interests

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and manage litigation as necessary

Required Qualifications

A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree is required

5+ years of corporate law and M&A transactional experience is required

Licensed to practice law in any state

Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal guidelines

Securities law experience is a plus
