A company is looking for an Early Career Personal Injury Protection / No-Fault Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of PIP / no-fault litigation from case inception through resolution

Conduct Special Investigation Unit (SIU) Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) and prepare comprehensive reports

Review new file assignments, analyze evidence, and prepare legal documents

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Experience in personal injury protection or no-fault claims

Familiarity with arbitration and mediation processes

Ability to work in a remote environment

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
