Paid Advertising Team Member

The paid advertising team is looking for someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment, wants to work in a team-oriented environment, and is inclined to seek out challenges and opportunities. We are open to employees based in either the Washington, D.C., or New York City metro areas.

What You Will Be Doing :

  • Oversee all components of client account management on a small account or workstream on a larger account.
  • Ensure high quality output and timely delivery on goals.
  • Create and deliver persuasive, clear, and concise communications both written and oral.
  • Manage and delegate work appropriately to senior associates and associates.
  • Work collaboratively across internal teams and vendors proactively solving issues that might arise.
  • Analyze data to produce insights and high quality reporting. Articulate impact to clients succinctly and accurately on calls and through reporting memos, decks, and dashboards.
  • Ensure spends are executed on budget and on goal, and that finance tracking is updated accurately and on time.
  • Develop media plans, using audience and other data inputs to craft smart paid strategies.
  • Contribute to new business proposals and presentations.

What We Are Looking For :

  • 4+ years of agency experience working in paid media programming, strategy and management.
  • Ability to manage many different projects at once.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with colleagues across the agency.

  • The salary range for this role is $85,000-105,000.

    Due to the pandemic, we required all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. We are currently working in a hybrid model and required staff to work in the office 50% of working days per month.
