An established independent retail insurance agency is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations and drive consistency, efficiency, and growth across personal and commercial lines.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day workflows for personal and commercial lines teams.
• Standardize processes and ensure effective use of the Agency Management System.
• Lead, coach, and develop account managers and support staff.
• Track and improve key performance metrics such as retention, accuracy, and service turnaround.
• Partner with agency leadership to align operations with growth and client experience goals.
• Maintain compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements.
