The Associate Director, Agile Sourcing Lead will be part of a team that is responsible for contributing to and overseeing the delivery of source-to-contract operations across the Global Products Development & Supply (GPS) categories. This role will be focused on Categories such as External Manufacturing, Logistics, Capital / Engineering, Product Development and / or Direct Materials. The Associate Director will assist in leading a team of resources to ensure effective sourcing, negotiating, contracting and purchasing activities to optimize buying power and achieve desired procurement outcomes in support of our company's goals.

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

Lead, manage and develop a team of professionals in support of source-to-contract operations across the GPS categories

• Assist direct reports with professional development planning and enable flexibility across Agile Sourcing organization to foster cross-functional proficiencies of resources and procurement categories.
• Assist in the creation of training materials leveraging a deep knowledge of contract terms and conditions, negotiation best practices and BMS Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provide proactive feedback and be a hands-on manager who provides close leadership and support to their team.

Contribute to and assist in leading the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process in support of operations across the GPS categories

Compensation Overview :

Tampa - FL - US : $161,250 - $195,391

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
