What You'll Be Doing :

Handle a high volume of inbound / outbound calls in a fast-paced, friendly call center environment.

Collaborate with a supportive team of Account Specialists.

Use multiple systems to help guide customers through the loan application process.

Verify details, process applications, and make sure all info checks out and complies with underwriting standards.

Help customers understand loan options, next steps, and answer any questions they have.

Build relationships and nurture online leads.

Keep things moving efficiently while maintaining a great experience for the customer.

Work closely with your team and managers to crush individual and team goals.

Own customer concerns and partner with leadership to resolve issues in a timely way.

Stay on top of compliance, company policies, and ethical guidelines.

What You Bring to the Table :

A people-first attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

You're a great listener—you actually hear what people are saying and respond thoughtfully.

Comfortable multi-tasking—switching screens while talking to customers like a pro.

You can manage tough conversations and rejections with grace and professionalism.

Basic knowledge of lending is a plus, but we’ll train the right person with the right mindset.

You’re organized, adaptable, and love improving both the customer and team experience.

Must-Haves :

High School Diploma or GED (some college is a plus!).

Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and navigating loan systems (like Tran, Five-9, Live Vox).

Willingness to work some nights and weekends (we’re a 24 / 7 shop, but we plan accordingly).

Ability to sit at a computer, talk on the phone, and type throughout your shift.
