JOB SUMMARY :

The Director is responsible for diagnostic imaging services provided with Ridgecrest Regional Hospital for both inpatients and outpatients. Responsible for organizing, directing and evaluating the care / treatment provided. Responsible for ensuring all regulatory, accreditation and licensure requirements are met. Develops strategies to maximize RRH's market share of outpatient diagnostics. Responsible for staff develop to assure quality outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)

2. Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or related field

3. Masters Degree preferred

4. Five years leadership experience in acute care setting

5. Demonstrated leadership skills or organization, Coordination, delegation and

business development

6. Demonstrated Ability to work effectively in a team setting

7. Ability to prepare and analyze financial and quality data and build reports as required
