The Freight Operations Supervisor leads and manages freight handling and distribution activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards while meeting production goals. They oversee scheduling, staff supervision, and operational improvements within a warehouse or transportation environment. This role requires knowledge of LTL industry practices, hazardous materials regulations, and strong leadership skills to motivate and develop the team.

Hours : This position will primarily be an overnight position, M-F from 8 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 am

What you need to succeed as a Freight Operations Supervisor at XPO

Minimum qualifications :

• 2 years of related work experience in a warehouse, distribution, supply chain, transportation or similar environment
• Knowledge of the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry, hazardous materials regulations and DOT rules and regulations
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends
