Work Schedule :

1.0 FTE salaried position; This is a full-time position scheduled to typically work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, however some off hours or weekends may be required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at the Administrative Office Building in Middleton, WI with travel required to various local and regional locations as needed.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to

• Coordinate the ongoing Magnet recognition initiative, including, assessment of enterprise readiness; formulation and implementation of improvement strategies to meet the Magnet criteria.
• Review relevant research, other literature, and best practices related to programs and develop work plans for program design, implementation, evaluation and maintenance.
• Collaborate on and support other selected professional practice advancement initiatives such as professional nursing clinical ladder.
• Plan and implement educational programming related to the programs and projects.
• Preferred candidates will have a master's degree or higher, strong programmatic experience, and experience with EBP, professional dissemination, project management, delivery of curriculum content as well as proficiency in presentation skills.
