Content Marketing Specialist

Description
We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to play a key role in executing our marketing strategy. You will own the creation and publication of content across blogs, social media, email campaigns, and the company website, helping bring DMC's brand to life across digital channels.

A portfolio of written work is required. Please include 3–5 samples that showcase both a range of content types and your technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Write, edit, ghost-write, design, and publish high-quality content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, website pages, and additional marketing collateral
• Digital Marketing: Plan and execute initiatives such as email campaigns, newsletters, and online advertisements
• Analytics: Use data to support content development recommendations and channels distribution recommendations
• Messaging: Ensure consistent brand voice and alignment across all marketing channels

Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field (3.4+ GPA)
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or content marketing (industrial, manufacturing, or technology industry experience preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong content creation skills with proven experience in writing and editing for digital platforms, including crafting clear, engaging messaging and calls to action
• Experience ghostwriting content through interviews with subject matter experts
• Ability to create/edit your own graphics for social media using design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and content scheduling tools
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals (SEMRush or comparable platform preferred)
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and review, with the ability to balance AI-assisted and human-written content
• Proficient with WordPress or other website CMS platforms
