Job Description
* Support, enforce and comply with bank policies, procedures and chargeback rules and regulations.
* Process PIN, Signature and SAFE dispute queues on a daily basis
* Complete data entry processing for all Expedited Dispute Forms
* Research and Process all reject report items
* Research CD401 report
* Refund customer fees involve due to CD401 report
* Process CD401 settlement to include online transaction entries
* Process customer debit memo notifications on CD401 settlement
* Processing of customer fees reversals due to CD401 report
* Process AFFN settlement to include online transaction entries
* Process of all representments and attach documents to case
* Process of all fulfilled retrievals and attach documents to case
* Alert investigator of chargeback's involving case and non-case related IDNL's (chargeback actions), representments and 2nd chargeback's
* Report any dispute related issues or procedure violations to appropriate management
* Other duties as assigned
Position level dependent upon level of internal and external experience
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
