Empower Recovery in a Region Where Rhythm, Resilience, and Community Run Deep
If you're a licensed Occupational Therapist who's passionate about helping people get back to the life they love - one task, one movement, one milestone at a time - this is your chance to do that work in a place that moves to its own beat. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a newly certified OT ready to dive in, you'll find yourself surrounded by a team that champions creativity, celebrates progress, and never forgets that therapy is as much about trust as it is about treatment.
Here, you'll be part of a mission-driven rehab team that understands how meaningful independence can be - and how powerful it is when the right support helps someone reclaim it. Your role will be central in helping patients rebuild skills, regain confidence, and restore purpose to their daily routines, whether they're recovering from injury, navigating chronic conditions, or adapting to a new phase of life.
What You'll Be Doing
In this full-time role, you'll assess functional needs, build personalized therapy plans, and lead patients through evidence-based interventions that support mobility, coordination, cognition, and daily living activities. You'll coach patients and families through home strategies and adaptive techniques, adjusting your approach as goals shift and progress unfolds. You'll work side-by-side with speech therapists, PTs, nurses, and physicians to provide integrated, thoughtful care, all while documenting outcomes and refining strategies along the way.
Why You'll Love the Team - and the Energy of the Community Around You
You'll be part of a collaborative and compassionate workplace, where mentorship is built into the culture and your ideas are taken seriously. Whether you're looking to develop clinical specialties, mentor new grads, or step into a leadership role down the line, you'll find space to stretch and grow. We invest in our therapists because we know that when caregivers feel supported, patients thrive.
And when the workday ends? You're in a region that pulses with music, history, and heart. Located in the center of Georgia, this city blends the charm of antebellum architecture with the soul of legendary music and the beauty of streets lined with blooming cherry trees. You might spend your weekend exploring local museums, enjoying riverfront sunsets, or savoring slow-cooked Southern meals with friends and family. There's a rhythm here that invites you to slow down just enough to soak it all in - while still keeping pace with progress and innovation.
What We're Looking For
You'll need a current Occupational Therapist license and registration to practice in Georgia, along with NBCOT certification. Previous experience in a rehab or clinical setting is appreciated, but if you're a new grad with strong clinical reasoning and a heart for helping people, we'd love to meet you. What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, think creatively, and bring care and confidence into every session.
Let's Help People Rebuild, Recover, and Rise - Together
If you're ready to grow your OT career in a place where your skills are respected and your passion is shared, we'd love to connect. Apply today and bring your talent, your drive, and your empathy to a team that's changing lives - one step at a time.
