The Nitty Gritty (Day To Day)

• Work with your team members to provide excellent healthcare to our patients.
• Provide excellent customer service to sick children and their nervous parents.
• Greet patients / customers.
• Verify insurance benefits.
• Input data into EMR.
• Collect co-payments / deductibles / balances.
• Answer and manage phones.
• Conduct end of day balancing.
