Licensed Clinical Health Coach

A company is looking for a Clinical Health Coach I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide coaching and education to assigned members according to departmental protocols

Identify and document member safety concerns and collaborate with the Case Review team

Assist participants in developing personalized plans and strategies to achieve health-related goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Dietetics, or a Master's / Doctorate in a physical health-related field with an active clinical license

At least 2 years of clinical experience in a clinical setting, preferably in musculoskeletal condition management

Experience in health education or coaching in areas such as nutrition, weight management, or physical fitness preferred

Ability to apply cognitive behavioral techniques and manage member safety during coaching sessions

Must comply with all recertification requirements to maintain clinical licensure
