Salary : $44,000.00 - $53,240.00 (3 levels based on experience and education)

Job Summary
The La Vida Project Programs Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the program case managers and interns. The Supervisor maintains oversight of the program operations to ensure participant program admissions, caseload assignments and the day-to-day delivery of Community Care Coordination and Case Management Services. This includes providing leadership, supervision, and assistance in the oversight of assigned projects, maintaining a caseload, initiatives, and supplemental contracts / services, as well as, daily program operations.
This position requires that in-person support and / or service delivery be provided by the employee in various settings approved by organizational leadership to include, but not limited to : homes, schools, outdoor settings, courtrooms, offices, shared spaces, street outreach locations, etc. These environments are often inclusive of higher levels of noise and other factors that may present a heightened level of stimuli and safety awareness. When providing or participating in leadership-approved on-line activities, being on-camera and actively engaged are also expected and required as part of this work.
What You'll Do :
- Coordinate and support program delivery and processes
- Supervise and ensure the timeliness and efficient processes of referrals and intakes across all contractsand services assigned to you
- Oversee direct client services to individuals, children, and or families according to Families & Youth, Inc., (FYI), Children, Youth, and Families Department (CYFD) of New Mexico, City of Las Cruces, Dona Ana County, and State of New Mexico policies and procedures, and other applicable standards
- Oversee individual and family client services and interventions in accordance with City of Las Cruces, Dona Ana County, and CYFD Contract Standards and scope of work
- Support implementation of evidence-based models
- Provide both individual and group supervision of assigned staff as determined by the Programs Manager
- Ensure that FYI performance standards are met and develop methods to enhance the quality of services
- If necessary, effectively manage a part-time caseload and provide client services. Maintain client records and documentation timely, accurate and maintained according to agency and contract standards.
- Ensure that database information, progress notes, weekly notes and / or other agency forms are properly documented and completed
- Participate in and develop networking meetings, public presentations and media announcements, interagency trainings and staffing with agencies to include schools, City of Las Cruces, Dona Ana County, CYFD Juvenile Justice Division and Protective Services Division
- Required to participate and interact in youth activities (for example : camping, sport activities, overnight youth conferences, etc.), which may involve occasional overnight activities and trips
What You Need :
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Family and Consumer Sciences, Criminal Justice, Psychology,Sociology, or Criminology from an accredited College or University.Must have four-years of any combination of experience including working with communities, working on health or social service related matters, social work / case management experience, behavioral health and / or health care experience, and relevant work experience with juvenile justice systems.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalExhibit skills in comprehending, interpreting, and completing delegated tasks efficientlyCompensation & Benefits :
