A nationally recognized custom automotive brand is seeking a Sales Operations Engineer to join its growing team. This is a high-impact role where you'll build and maintain the systems, automations, and data infrastructure that power a top-performing sales organization. The ideal candidate is both technical and analytical—someone who can connect systems, streamline workflows, and design dashboards that improve performance visibility and accelerate deal flow. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards to track key performance metrics across the sales funnel (leads, transfers, FaceTimes, purchase orders, and wires).
- Design and implement automations within Salesforce, Google Sheets, and other connected systems to reduce time between stages.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance data to identify bottlenecks, conversion leaks, and growth opportunities.
- Develop internal tools and web applications using frameworks such as Windsor, Node, or similar technologies.
- Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales processes, performance tracking, and data management.
- Integrate AI-driven tools (ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI API) to automate lead routing, reporting, and outreach.
- Establish data connections between sales and marketing to improve lead quality and cost efficiency.
- Conduct experiments on messaging, cadence, and technology to optimize sales efficiency.
- Ensure all systems and reports accurately reflect KPI performance and operational metrics.
Requirements
Proven experience building sales dashboards, KPI frameworks, and automation systems.Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce automation, reporting, and API integrations.Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.Proficiency in AI tools and frameworks including ChatGPT, Claude, and OpenAI API.Background in web application development using Next.js, React, Node, or similar.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategy.Experience in sales operations, growth operations, or enablement roles tied to measurable performance outcomes.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with clear accountability to KPIs.Preferred : familiarity with CRM data design, attribution tracking, and integrations across Salesforce, Meta, and Google Ads.Overview
