We are seeking a Snowflake Practice Leader (VP) to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion within our Strategic Partnerships & Alliance ecosystem.
Job Description
As the Snowflake Practice Leader, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding our key partner relationships inside our focus tech partner, Snowflake. You will oversee all aspects of partner engagement—from deal registration, to partner enablement and co-sell. You will act as the bridge between Blend360 & Snowflake. This role requires a growth oriented business builder and strategic thinker with a proven record of accomplishment and an extensive network within these organizations.
Key Responsibilities :
Partnership Management :
Drive the growth and development of the Snowflake practice across Blend.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Snowflake.
Leverage your existing network inside the Snowflake ecosystem to build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers, field sales teams partner success managers and solutions architects.
Maintain an ongoing cadence with key contacts, and senior stakeholders inside the partner, including but not limited to Executive QBRs.
Work with other Practices and Service Lines to develop partner centric offerings (e.g. Supply Chain, HR Analytics, Agentic Applications, etc.)
Collaborate with our Head of Partnerships and Service Line Leaders in building Snowflake competencies across our core Service Lines (certifications, accelerators, etc.)
Output KPIs : Partner-influenced revenue and pipeline, partner funds accessed for developing joint opportunities
Input KPIs : Number of joint client meetings with Snowflake, number of proposals, number of joint partner events, presentations and publications.
Deal Registration & Partner Portal Oversight :
Manage the end-to-end process of deal registration, ensuring accuracy and timely updates within our partner portal.
Collaborate with internal teams, client, sales and practice teams to streamline processes and maximize partner engagement.
Funding & Co-Sell Initiatives :
Oversee the allocation, tracking, and management of partnership funding.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to identify, execute, and optimize co-sell opportunities that drive revenue and mutual growth.
Strategic Planning & Execution :
Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with Blend360’s business objectives.
Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance) to ensure cohesive and effective partnership initiatives.
Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on partnership performance and market trends.
Qualifications
Experience :
10+ years of experience in managing strategic partnerships or alliances, preferably in a SI or MSP environment.
Demonstrated success in managing relationships with Snowflake, with an established network within this partner.
Skills :
Solution-oriented, reason to buy, needs to have more depth than a sales leader
Knows how to engage the broader Blend organization to drive growth within the practice.
Builds a community to create excitement and focus on partner specific competencies and offerings
Strong expertise in partner portal management, deal registration, funding oversight, and co-sell program execution.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed, strategic decisions.
Experience with a CRM (Preferably HubSpot)
Education :
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Other :
Proven ability to work cross-functionally (with marketing, solutions and business development teams) to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to operate within ambiguity, whilst still showing measurable results tied to revenue.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events.
Comfortable presenting to C-Level execs
