Director of Field Operations
Location : State of Colorado or Texas
Recovery Monitoring Solutions is a leading provider of treatment and offender monitoring services, with corporate offices in Dallas, TX.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing the functionality and financial status of regional field offices / locations, inventory / asset recovery, and assigned special projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Develop and enforce RMS policy and procedure related to field offices / locations reporting to the Vice President of Operations
- Coordinate with Regional Managers on quality control processes, staffing ratios, and daily operations
- Interface with Human Resource staff on issues related to staffing of field offices.
- Conduct on-site reviews of regional offices and provide executive committee with recommendations for improvement and standardization of operations.
- Serve as a liaison to Regional Managers, participating government agencies and vendor partners, addressing emerging issues and communicating strategies for successful program operation.
- Assist with development of corrective action plans to address concerns of referring agencies.
- Assist with development of new / existing business proposals.
- Conduct regular meetings to disseminate new information and address issues presented by regional field offices / locations.
- Review of program statistics and quality assurance measures to assure contract expectations and customer satisfaction.
- Management of financial performance and reporting for all locations.
- Mediate and resolve intercompany disputes and conflicts as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS :
3+ years of management experience required with personnel management.Experience managing at least a minimum of 5 direct reports required.Stable work history in the fields of criminal justice or customer service preferred or Management experience.Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, social work, behavioral science or a closely related field preferred.Negative drug screen and clean backgroundCandidates residing in or willing to relocate to the State of Colorado or TexasBase Salary will be a range of $63,000 to $75,000+ annually based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications; position is also eligible for quarterly performance-based incentives.
