Overview
Receive shipments and accurately maintain inventory records. Maintain stockroom and off-site locations. Assist the sales team in replenishing the sales floor after shipments or during recovery periods.
Responsibilities
- Exemplify the highest level of customer service standards to internal and external customers
- Scan shipments as delivered
- Ticket and stock merchandise in the stock room or prepare for immediate distribution to the sales floor
- Provide feedback to supervisor regarding inventory levels and damages
- Organize stockroom by department and categories and stock merchandise on appropriate shelves or in offsite locations
- Adjust stocking procedures to ensure aisles and exits are clear
- Ensure that merchandise is safely stored, properly ticketed, packaged and logged, and easily located for replenishment
- Pack and log merchandise as required for customer deliveries
- Transport merchandise to and from remote stockroom locations and maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure the stockroom is clean, swept, with garbage removed and supplies organized
- May assist on sales floor during peak times and as assigned
- Complete tasks listed on daily agenda or as assigned (e.g., maintenance of store, lighting, cleaning)
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Follow all stockroom procedures to minimize loss to the company

For 20 hours or more weekly, greater availability will be required. Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day; available on two separate daysPhysical Requirements
Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periodsAbility to operate POS systemAbility to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, using appropriate equipment and safety techniquesCompensation and Benefits
This role offers a competitive compensation package including pay and benefits. Pay is based on several factors including education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. The anticipated pay range for this role is : $17.25-$18.25 per hour.
