Position Overview :

As an Einstein Bros. Bagels Team Member, you'll enjoy the benefits of working in a fun, friendly environment with the ability to grow!

This shift is for Wednesday - Sunday, 7am - 3pm. NO GREASE in the store so you do not go home smelly. We also close by 3pm daily so you get your evening fun!

The Einstein Bros. Bagels Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. Our customers are our number one priority, so it is your job to create a positive environment that our customers enjoy.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

Job Starting at $13.00 / hour!

Employees will get additional $1-$5 per hour pay from our tip pool AND a free meal every shift!

Team Member Responsibilities :

• Interact with guests in an up-beat fashion on the register or sandwich station
• Be punctual, attentive to detail, hardworking, willing to learn, reliable, and, above all, honest
• Create a fun and friendly atmosphere that promotes teamwork and "Awesomeness"
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance
• Follow food safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions
• Be a team player

Qualifications & Skills :

Requirements :

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Able to lift 40 pounds at a time
