Sharpcontra is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our growing communications team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and are expected to deliver top-tier service that reflects our brand values.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Make outbound calls to follow up on customer needs or conduct surveys

Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems

Resolve issues or escalate calls as needed to appropriate departments

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers

Collaborate with team members to achieve daily performance targets

Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies

Qualifications

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus

1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Proficient with computers and call center software systems

Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
