A company is looking for a Mortgage Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee branch activities, including sales, recruiting, and staff supervision

Collaborate with management to execute company goals and manage employee performance

Recruit mortgage professionals and develop marketing strategies while maintaining client relationships

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history

Robust knowledge of FNMA / FHLMC and FHA / VA programs

Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
