Key responsibilities include :

Contract Review & Management

• Review, summarize, and track a large volume of commercial contracts, including

NDAs, vendor agreements, and service contracts

regarding legal terms, obligations, and risks associated with contracts with attorney

supervision

Contract Database Administration

Project Management

diligence efforts, and process improvements

Corporate Structure & Governance

joint ventures, and holding companies

Technology Proficiencies
