For over 30 years, New Season Treatment Centers have been at the forefront of outpatient care, specializing in providing safe, high-quality treatment for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). With over 70 centers across multiple states, we are dedicated to treating the whole person, addressing the underlying causes of OUD, and supporting our patients on their journey to recovery.
Job Summary :
As a vital member of our team, you will provide management and leadership direction to our clinic staff on a daily basis. Collaborating closely with the Medical Director, Regional Director, and both clinical and pharmacy teams, your role will ensure the overall wellbeing and safety of our patients.
Essential Functions :
- Lead, coach, and guide all clinic staff in alignment with organizational standards.
- Provide comprehensive training and development for staff and contract labor.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit top talent for all center positions.
- Foster a safe environment for both staff and patients.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, Medicare, and Medicaid requirements.
- Oversee daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting.
- Manage electronic medical records, ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation.
- Ensure all intake, admission, discharge, and aftercare paperwork is completed.
- Identify clinic needs and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Develop a patient group session schedule to strengthen patient engagement.
- Monitor patient activities on center premises.
- Participate in CARF conformance and state audit processes.
- Conduct regular treatment team meetings to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Set and communicate quarterly business plans for the center.
- Monitor key performance indicators and evaluate trends to establish goals.
- Manage profit and loss for the center, driving results with self-pay and third-party patients.
- Ensure accurate collection of patient financial responsibilities.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports on a regular basis.
Essential Qualifications :
Education / Licensure / Certification : Must meet individual state requirements for education, licensure, and / or certification.Required Knowledge :General knowledge of substance abuse treatment and management.
Understanding of applicable state and federal laws.Familiarity with front office responsibilities of a Practice Manager or Site Director.Experience Required :Minimum of three years in Human Services or related fields (substance abuse, psychology, counseling, etc.).
At least one year of management experience, unless specified by state regulations.Multi-unit healthcare experience is preferred.Why Join Us?

Job or State Requirements :
The Program Director must meet one of the following qualifications :
Five years of paid full-time experience in alcohol and drug treatment, including experience in an opioid treatment program with at least one year in an administrative role.A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and four years of paid full-time experience in alcohol and drug treatment, including experience in an opioid treatment program with at least one year in an administrative role.A Master's Degree in a relevant field and three years of paid full-time experience in alcohol and drug treatment, including experience in an opioid treatment program with at least one year in an administrative role.
