About The Position
We are seeking an AP / CP Board Certified Pathologist for a 6-day locum tenens assignment in Illinois, beginning Nov 24, 2025. This role involves day shifts from 9 am to 5 pm, where the professional will be the sole pathologist, managing all grossing personally and signing out a range of cases including bone marrow biopsies and general surgical pathology.

Responsibilities and Duties
Perform grossing independently.Sign out bone marrow biopsies, general surgical pathology, and cytology.Handle peripheral blood smears and crystal exams.Manage clinic biopsies including general surgery, urology, and gynecology.Work with Meditech EMR for certain diagnostics and Softpath EMR for others.Additional Information
