High School Level Math Teacher / Tutor - Tip-Top Brain

Currently hiring knowledgeable, reliable, and compassionate Math teachers / tutors for High School level Math.

Key Responsibility

• Instruct students in private, 1 : 1, sessions in various Regents level Math subject areas including but not limited to : Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Calculus.
• Keep detailed records of each student's tutoring sessions using Student Progress Records and / or relevant forms.
• Track and analyze student progress
• Tutors must keep student binders up to date to meet student needs when necessary.
• Attend Teacher Team Meetings when announced.
• Work closely with the Center Director and center staff to meet students' academic goals.
• Tutors must explain to parents how their child is progressing in the class, what skills they are improving on, and what needs more work.
• Provide academic and curriculum support to the center teaching team when necessary.
• Keeps classroom(s) clean and organized (e.g. sharpened pencils, materials ready before class, etc.).
