• Monday - Friday, 8am - 4 : 30pm day shift schedule
• Productivity requirement of 25 units per week
• Home health setting focused on geriatrics, neurology, and orthopedics
• Experience with OASIS documentation required
• Specialized in wound care and lymphedema management
• Focus on adult and geriatric patient populations
• Expertise in adaptive devices and body mechanics required
• Experience with neurodevelopmental techniques and spinal cord injuries
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
