PEDIATRIC HOME HEALTH RN

PEDIATRIC HOME HEALTH RN - Shift : 28.5 hrs / week 7 : 30a-5p Tues / Thur / Fri - Education : RN, BSN required

PICU exp required. - Will consist of one visit per shift, LPN will be at the same home the entire shift- patients will be mostly on trachs and vents at home. Travel to homes up to 1 hour from facility. THIS IS A DEDICATED PEDS HOME HEALTH POSITION- WILL NOT BE AT THE FACILITY.
