Key Responsibilities

Attract, mentor, lead, and retain engineering managers and developers

Collaborate with the Product team to define the roadmap and identify growth opportunities

Establish best practices across the Engineering team and implement solutions to identified problems

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with large complex systems and cloud platforms like AWS

Demonstrated success managing multiple technical teams

Experience in a microservices environment

Ability to read, write, and deploy code
