Job Description

Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety regulations.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets.

Oversee tilt-wall construction processes, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and proactively address potential hazards.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.

Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders to ensure project success.

Mentor and guide on-site teams to achieve optimal performance and professional growth.
