Introduction

As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our customer service team. You will be responsible for developing strategies and plans to ensure that customer service is delivered efficiently and effectively. You will also be the point of contact for customers, providing guidance, support, and problem-solving solutions. Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage daily operations of service / repair department
• Ensure all customer service needs are met in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and implement procedures for service operations
• Identify problem areas and recommend solutions
• Monitor service personnel performance and take corrective actions when necessary
• Manage Baseplan (ERP) for accuracy
• Monitor parts and materials inventory
• Maintain relationships with vendors
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Train, coach, and motivate service personnel
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction
• Track and report on service metrics
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
