Responsibilities
Office 365 Integration Seamlessly integrate SharePoint with Office 365 ensuring efficient collaboration and document management
Configuration and Customization Customize SharePoint sites lists libraries and workflows to meet organizational needs
User Provisioning and Access Control Manage user accounts permissions and access rights within SharePoint Online
Migration and Upgrades Plan and execute SharePoint migrations including content migration from tenant to tenant
Security and Compliance Implement security measures data loss prevention and compliance policies
Monitoring and Performance Optimization Monitor system health diagnose issues and optimize performance
End User Support and Training Provide technical support to end users and conduct training sessions
Collaboration with IT Teams Collaborate with IT teams to align SharePoint with broader technology strategies
Documentation and Reporting Maintain documentation and generate reports on system usage and performance
Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree in information technology computer science or a related field
Experience Minimum 2 years of experience as a SharePoint O365 Administrator
Technical Skills
SharePoint Online Proficiency in SharePoint Online administration and configuration
Office 365 Suite Familiarity with other Office 365 tools eg Teams OneDrive Power Automate
PowerShell Scripting Ability to write and execute PowerShell scripts for automation
Migration Tools Experience with AvePoint Fly Tool
Soft Skills
Communication and Collaboration Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross functional teams
Problem Solving Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Adaptability Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies
