Pay : $21 / hr + $100 daily per diem for days worked

Job Description :

As a Stick Welder at a barge repair facility in Channelview, TX, your primary role will involve proficiently using 5 / 32 6011 SMAW and 1 / 8" 7018 SMAW electrodes. You will be required to perform vertical up and overhead welding tasks to repair and maintain barges in the facility.

Responsibilities :

• Weld using 5 / 32 6011 SMAW and 1 / 8" 7018 SMAW electrodes on barge repair projects.
• Perform vertical up and overhead welding techniques as necessary.
• Repair and maintain barge structures to meet operational requirements.
• Ensure the integrity and quality of welds are in accordance with safety and industry standards.

Requirements :

Working Days :  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Working Hours : 60+ hours per week
