The Large Power Systems Division in Lafayette, IN currently has an opening for a Stores Controller. In this role you will be responsible for material availability for Assembly consumption. One of the primary areas of focus for the Stores Controller will be ordering parts for the assembly lines and moving material to the assembly line via stand-up fork truck. The Stores Controller will also be responsible for parts labels, maintaining inventory accuracy, and computer system input of orders and interplant material movement. The Stores Controller is responsible for communicating any potential material shortages to procurement and assembly operations in order to avoid production impact to the business.

Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :

• Ordering parts for assembly operations
• Moving material to the assembly line via stand-up fork truck
• Maintaining inventory accuracy on production parts
• Utilizing computer system to input parts orders and move interplant material

Summary Pay Range : $22.65 - $29.45 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
