Description : Position Summary :
The Mountain Community Insights Coordinator provides support to the Mountain Community Insights Manager for the network wide rollout, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of client intake and data collection software. This position will be responsible for regular partner agency support through trainings, communications and coordination, development and maintenance of organizational documentation, and maintenance of software and hardware systems. This is a hybrid remote position that is primarily home-office based combined with scheduled on-site and in-the-field work.

o Collect and organize data and report requests; filter and ‘clean’ data to ensure optimum report generation
o Identify, analyze and interpret data trends or patterns in Mountain Community Insights data sets

Working Conditions : Works in various environments; office, in the field and in typical farm environments speaking to farmers within the food bank’s 16-county service area with exposure to local travel or further to attend conferences and / or meetings.
Physical Demands : The physical demands required are representative of those that are required by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
The physical demands of this position are medium-demanding work. While performing the job duties the employee is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee needs to be able to occasionally climb or balance. The employee might occasionally lift and move objects up to 25lbs. Specific vision abilities require the visual acuity to operate motor vehicles; close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus close visual acuity to perform activities including but not limited to preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading.
Functions also require the ability to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination, including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
Travel : Routine travel may be required within the service area. Current driver’s license required; copy of current auto insurance; and clean MVR required.
Schedule : This position is flexible, with a combination of work from home, work in field, and in person office work. Availability to work a flexible schedule Monday–Friday to be agreed upon with immediate supervisor. Occasional evening or weekend work as needed for planned events. In instances of a federal, state or locally declared emergency or order, MANNA Foodbank is typically considered an essential service and emergency responder; all employees may be called upon to perform regular or emergent duties.
Compensation and Benefits : The starting hourly pay for the Mountain Community Insights Coordinator is $23.51-$25.49. MANNA is also thrilled to offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package :
