Summary : Perform tasks involved in the extrusion and manufacturing of plastics. Perform basic quality checks while recording defects or other pertinent information. Additional tasks such as assisting the Shift Supervisor when needed and contributing to a safe work environment while maintaining good housekeeping standards. Must be able to read a tape measure.

Training Requirements :

• General Safety and Housekeeping Standards.
• Quality Training to include basic defect identification and escalation.

Must have reliable transportation.

Physical Demands : The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Work Environment : The performance of this position requires normal exposure to typical manufacturing areas.

While performing this job the employee regularly works near moving mechanical equipment.
