We are currently assisting with the recruitment of an experience Senior Paralegal for one of our Riverside clients!

Senior Paralegal

Position Type : Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Description : The corporate office for an established Riverside company is looking for an experienced senior paralegal to to join their team. Duties and responsibilities include; draft / review / manage contracts, NDAs and corporate governance documents; conduct legal research and prepare reports or memoranda for attorneys; manage discovery processes, including document review and production; maintain and organize legal files and databases; coordinate with external counsel, regulators, and internal stakeholders; support litigation and regulatory filings, including case management and calendaring; assist with due diligence and corporate transactions, including M&A and financings; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations; prepare and file motions, pleadings, and other court documents in compliance with civil procedure requirements. Other duties may be assigned as appropriate.

Position Requires : A motivated individual with strong analytical and technical skill. Must have strong communication and customer service skills, with an ability to problem solve and work independently. Candidates should have 7+ years of paralegal experience in a corporate law setting and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program may also be accepted. Experience in employment or insurance law, experience supporting in-house counsil and Notary Public certification would be a "plus."
