Now Hiring : Fabricator / Panel Builder – 1st Shift

Location : Gastonia, NC

Shift : 1st Shift | Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Pay Rate : Starting at $20.00 per hour

Type : Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking an experienced Fabricator / Panel Builder to join our team in Gastonia, NC. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, the ability to read blueprints or schematics, and experience working with hand and power tools to assemble or fabricate panels and related components.

Key Responsibilities :

Assemble and fabricate electrical or mechanical panels according to drawings or instructions

Measure, cut, and prepare materials for assembly

Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently

Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements :

Previous experience in fabrication or panel building required

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, or work instructions

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team

Schedule :

Monday – Friday | 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Pay :

Starting at $20.00 per hour | Temp-to-Hire
