As a Financial Advisor at Empower, you will play a critical role in guiding our clients towards achieving their financial goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing in-depth financial guidance and personalized strategies that reflect our commitment to improving financial wellness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver comprehensive financial plans that result in measurable outcomes for clients.
- Engage in proactive conversations to understand client needs and identify suitable Empower solutions.
- Educate clients on investment options, savings strategies, retirement income planning, and more.
- Serve as an Investment Adviser Representative, providing tailored investment recommendations.
- Utilize the CONSULT model to build trust and help participants make informed financial decisions.
- Facilitate seamless client transactions and document interactions accurately using Salesforce.
- Share insights and success stories to contribute to a culture of learning.
- Provide exceptional service to clients throughout their financial journeys.
What You Will Bring :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (MBA preferred).Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required.FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations required.A minimum of 3 years in financial services or the 401(k) industry, with at least 2 years in financial planning.Strong analytical skills to communicate the client's complete financial picture.What Makes You Stand Out :
