Job descriptionTuesday and Thursday between 4pm and 8pm Preferred start date : ASAP Lesson Frequency : 1 x per week Lesson Duration : 45 minutes per each student Student’s Current location / time zone : Atlanta, GA, USA Preferred platform : Teams Current target language level : Intermediate Native and other spoken languages : Native : German; Other : English Student’s language needs and goals : "In 2022, we moved to China. In August 2024 we moved to Atlanta / USA. As we are expats, we have to go back to Germany in some years. We have to make sure that their German level is good enough to follow the German curriculum, when we move back." The children need to focus on grammar and learn reading and writing, too. Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency levels and desired outcomes Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner Qualifications : Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field Minimum of two years of experience All Global LT instructor positions are freelance positions.
