Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Express Care

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a dedicated advanced practice provider to join our team in a dynamic, fast-paced Express Care Clinic. This role will allow you to work independently while being supported by the Family Medicine Clinic.

SHIFT

Express Care hours :

• Monday - Friday 7AM-5PM
• Saturday - Sunday 9AM-2PM (Elm location closed on weekends for summer hours)

Full-time shift rotation and PRN opportunities available based on your individual needs :

COMPENSATION

Total compensation for this position is a combination of a competitive base salary with productivity incentives.

Pay Range : $95,000 - $130,000 per year
