The role involves data entry, mail handling, and insurance verification support. Responsibilities Data entry in internal systems (training provided) Open and organize mail, correspondences, and receipts Enter data into accounting / disclosure applications Verify and re-verify insurance coverage for patients Maintain accurate files and records Coordinate patient services / supplies (no direct patient interaction) Assist with documentation, billing, and order processing Support team operations with minimal supervision Requirements Education : High School Diploma or GED (required) Experience : Minimum 1 year in customer service or call center (preferably high-volume) Healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance background strongly preferred Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, 3rd-party vendors, and insurance concepts a plus Skills : Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize workloads Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Effective, empathetic communication with teams and stakeholders
