Salary : $27.00-30.00 per hour

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Service Technician  of a 340-unit residential apartment community located in Falls Church, VA (Peachtree of McLean).

Responsibilities :

• Respond to tenant requests for repairs and maintenance in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct regular inspections of apartments and common areas to identify and address maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
• Assist with apartment turnovers, including cleaning, painting, and other tasks as needed
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Cover on-call emergencies

Requirements :      .

Good written and verbal communication skills

Must have some tools as well as reliable transportation

Must be able to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds

Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
