Director Executive Compensation

The client is seeking a Director of Executive Compensation to lead the design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation programs. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping executive pay structures, ensuring market competitiveness, regulatory compliance, and alignment with company goals. As a key member of the People & Culture team, the Director will advise senior leadership, manage high-visibility projects, and deliver data-driven insights impacting company-wide decision-making.

The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in global Executive Compensation within a NASDAQ-listed company. They should have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, HR, or Law, and prior experience designing executive pay packages, including international packages. Strong data analysis skills, the ability to communicate complex compensation strategies effectively, and a self-starter attitude are essential for this role. The Director will work closely with various teams to ensure compliance and appropriate administration of programs.
