Hardware Assembly - 1st & 3rd Shift

A Day In The Life

• Machine Operation : Set up, operate, and adjust a variety of machines and equipment, including (but not limited to) blade folding, riveting, conveying, boxing, banding, strapping, painting, and other departmental tools.
• Assembly & Processing : Perform a wide range of tasks such as assembling, painting, boxing, palletizing, filing, bundling, nutting, sorting, twisting, and deburring.
• Quality Control : Conduct visual inspections, separate and tag parts, count and record production, track scrap, and maintain accurate production records.
• Workplace Maintenance : Keep machines, equipment, and your work area clean, organized, and in good working condition.
