Job Purpose : To educate and protect residential and commercial policyholders through policy reviews and property risk assessments. To ensure clients understand their policies and the claims process. To ensure client policies perform as intended when they experience a covered loss. Duties :
- MUST ATTEND VIRTUAL PRE-INTERVIEW PRESENTATION AND INITIAL TRAINING SESSION.
- Completes all pre-license training requirements, 40 hr pre-license course, and passes State license exam. Position requires bonding and federal background check.
- Attends minimum of 2 to 3 weekly virtual corporate training meetings / calls on Zoom / Teams and willing to engage in regular continuous education.
- Schedules regular touch base meetings with designated corporate trainer.
- Engages in regular activities for the purpose of lead generation to include making phone calls, networking events, service presentations, and door-to-door soliciting if necessary.
- Learns the features of the corporate services / products and able to articulate the benefits to the client.
- Able to review a clients policy feature's and identify coverage gaps and vulnerable places in the policy.
- Able to perform property inspections and identify areas of opportunity to be corrected by the policyholder.
- Must engage new people regularly for the purpose of promoting the company and its services.
- Must maintain a professional appearance on calls and when meeting with clients.
