A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INSIDE SALES / ACCOUNT MANAGER
As a Retail Account Manager, you actively work to expand our market share, both through establishing new accounts and increasing sales to current customers. You sell our products to specialty retailers, resorts, and nationwide travel destinations. Using your sales and relationship-building expertise, you develop account action plans and execute accordingly. You mine lists of current and prospective customers and then utilize your business acumen to strategically pursue sales opportunities. With attention to detail, you manage quotes and buying cycles and maintain accurate information in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. You handle calls, follow up, and perform ideation prospecting activities.
In order to provide the best apparel solutions, you continually increase your knowledge. You also work hard to build positive customer relationships. With the retail team, you work to achieve company goals, close sales, and support key accounts. You will also attend trade shows, host showroom visits, and participate in other marketing events and campaigns. Though you love interacting with people, you are also organized and goal-oriented. You proactively forecast sales and carefully plan out your month, quarter, and year in order to regularly achieve goals. You enjoy using your sales skills to encourage the use of better products for the greater good!

What Storm Creek Can Offer You :
We offer a competitive salary ($50,000-$70,000 / year), commissions opportunity, and a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Prescription, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Accounts, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, Disability, Employee Assistance Program, and 401(k). Teammates may also be eligible for 15 days of vacation / ESST, 8 volunteer hours, and 8 company holidays (plus one floating holiday per year).
