In this highly autonomous role, youll own a portfolio of pre-suit cases from intake through resolution. Youll draft and negotiate demand packages, coordinate medical care and records, manage client relationships, and drive cases forward to timely, optimal outcomes. What Youll Do Own the case lifecycle : Manage pre-suit personal injury matters from intake to closing with minimal supervision. Draft & negotiate : Prepare persuasive demand packages, evaluate offers, and negotiate with insurance adjusters to maximize client recovery. Build the record : Gather, analyze, and organize medical records, bills, treatment updates, and case correspondence to support demands and litigation strategy. Client stewardship : Serve as the primary point of contactset expectations, provide timely updates, and guide clients through treatment and resolution. Coordinate stakeholders : Work with medical providers, experts, and insurers to remove blockers and keep matters on track. Calendar & compliance : Maintain accurate deadlines, appointments, and follow-ups; ensure adherence to firm SOPs and best practices. Administrative precision : Manage correspondence, documentation, and case notes; maintain clean, audit-ready files in the case management system. Process improvement : Spot workflow gaps and propose solutions that increase quality, speed, and client satisfaction. What Youll Bring Communication & negotiation : Exceptional written advocacy and negotiation skills; ability to translate complex facts into compelling narratives. Analysis & research : Strong ability to extract key facts, identify damages and coverage issues, and support demands with evidence. Technology : Proficiency with case management software (e.g., Filevine / Needles / Litify or similar), Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, and digital record systems. High integrity, sound judgment, and discretion with confidential information. Accountabilities Throughput : Keep cases moving in accordance with firm quotas and timelines. Data hygiene : Enter / update all key case data promptly and accurately in the system. Process adherence : Follow SOPs and checklists to ensure consistent quality. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Demands completed per month and average days from intake to demand. Settlement volume and average recovery per case (adjusted for case mix). Offer-to-demand ratio and counteroffer cycle time. File quality score (completeness, organization, documentation). Task completion rate and calendar compliance / on-time follow-ups. Client satisfaction / NPS from post-resolution surveys. Work Environment Small, calm, and collaborative office in the heart of Orlando.
